With more than 20 years of Army Aviation experience and more than 3,000 flight hours across multiple theaters of operation, Roger brings a global aviation perspective shaped by environments requiring precision, readiness, and disciplined execution. His military career includes service with INSCOM and USASOC, as well as FAA-certified experience in both fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft.

Roger's strengths include operations management, aviation leadership, flight operations, mission planning, process improvement, risk mitigation, workforce coordination, execution oversight, and scalable operating design. He ensures Emissary Ventures' rapid-reaction culture is supported by sound operating systems, reliable execution, and the internal structure required to deliver consistent results for partners with complex budget, operational timeline, and strategic needs.
